Is Foreplay Wrong?
Foreplay is what many Christians refer to as feel-ication. Fornication is a term the Bible uses to describe sex outside the confines of marriage. Feelication describes heavy petting or making out.
Let’s be honest. Heavy petting, intense kissing, and long embraces often lead to sex.
Even if these acts never lead to anything, as Christians, we are supposed to reserve our bodies and these intimate moments for the mate God has in store for us.
The bible tells us that even when we fantasize about having sex with someone who isn’t our spouse, we engage in
sin.
As a result, engaging in foreplay outside the confines of marriage is not suitable activity for a Christian.
We should limit our exposure to sexually charged images, movies, videos, conversation, and any other factors that might intensify our desire for sex or foreplay.
We should also be wise and avoid situations where foreplay may be more prone to take place such as spending extensive periods alone with someone of the opposite sex who is not your spouse.
